FEBRUARY 2006 UPDATE We are settling in to our to new offices in Ringmer, just outside Lewes, and getting used to the smells of the countryside. This is a much more pleasant environment with more space and loads of parking.   Also there are no shops nearby with the resulting financial saving. &nbpsHowever this does however have its drawbacks.   The post goes at 1630, our bank is in Uckfield, and sandwiches are brought around in a van early enough for them to be eaten by lunch time.   On the plus side the pub is within walking distance. Folloing young James'departure last September , we have now learnt to make our own tea.   Must replace him this year. Alan's house in France seems to be finished, well at least it is habitable, and he scurries off down there at every opportunity. Not to be outdone John has bought a house in Wales, presumably he likes rain, However he has subsequently discovered that his stone building is plastered in MUD, or to give it its correct name Cob. We see a course at Singleton coming off.   He has now found the rotten floors.   What do you expect froma house over 140 years old without any foundations. Steve has not join in the property game and bought a TVR instead spending weekends frightening pensioners as he tears around the country lanes.   And it hasn't broken down yet.... We are proud to announce that Richard has been made up to an Associate in recognition of all the hard work he has put in over the years. This also gives him more clout at meetings. We are becoming experts at designing schools thanks to our association with NPS, amongst others,
as such we will be recruiting for more staff in the this year. |
